Ishgard housing

I just recently saved up enough to buy a small house plot in Limsa, and as much as I love the area I really want to move to a house in Ishgard once the new housing area comes out. Does anyone have an estimate to when the new housing area will be coming out? Will it be patch 3.3, or later?
