Can't get user flair to work

Hi guys. I'm trying to create image flairs over at r/fantasyfifaleague, and I followed all the steps in the User Flair tutorial correctly (I hope) and when I get to the end the settings currently look like this. I'm not sure what to do. Help please? Thank you.
