Xbox one to windows 10 stream?

Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I've gotten my xbox to stream a grand total of 1 time. Now the xbox app on Windows 10 locks up every time I try. It either gets stuck on the controller screen or it just goes black. My xbox will notify me that it is streaming however nothing happens. It's kind of pissing me off. My network speed is fast so it shouldn't be that. It's all updated properly.
