Question from a new medic!

Starting my first job this Monday! I am a Pcp. I am a very friendly guy and clean kept, a people person generally!! But my questions is- as a new medic who will be attached to a more senior medic, what's the do and don'ts? I take the patient first thing very seriously, but any tips would be great!
