For those who have just relapsed...
I've just broken a long streak. Am I disappointed in myself? A little. But am I angry and ashamed? No. Here's the reason why.
Think of NoFap as a journey, the longer you follow this journey the more lessons are learned along the way. What you have already accomplished hasn't been taken away from you, just because you gave into your temptations once does not mean you've lost all progress you've already made. It's time to start again, and use the lesson you learned from this relapse to strengthen your motivation for the next streak.
I just wanted to share this because being ashamed and totally angry at yourself for relapsing is extremely common, but it's counterproductive and the toxic attitude that will help you straight back to the beginning of PMO days if you don't deal with it constructively. And the exact kind of mindset you were doing this from the beginning to AVOID. Remember why you're doing this and use that as a good reason to restart
Hope my point of view will at least help one person who's recently relapsed and feels badly of themselves, because the whole point of this journey is to build you a better person. Getting girls, 'superpowers' etc. are just bonuses in the bigger picture.
