How long does it typically take to find out if you've been accepted as a readmission student?

Howdy,

I was just wondering if anyone had an answer for my question. I've been a student at Texas A&M at Galveston my whole college career. I had to take last Fall and this Spring off due to health reasons, and am getting back into school this upcoming Fall. taking this time off meant I had to withdraw from the university. I decided I wanted to go to College Station and send in my application by the deadline as a transfer student.

I saw about a week later online where you check your application status that my application had actually changed to a readmission student. This made me feel great as I thought it would increase my chances of getting in. I still haven't heard anything, and my GPA is pretty much borderline which I believe is why my review is taking a while. I was just wondering if there was a window of how late the stop accepting, or if anyone else was in a similar situation. I'm also applying to Industrial Distribution, and was previously in engineering so I'm a good ways into the curriculum already.

Thanks for any help.
