Today (and last night) was a bad day.

Hey guys. I've had a couple of brutal days food-wise. Actually- I've had a few rough months, to be honest. I gave birth in October 2015 and I weighed 235 pounds then. I've lost 45 pounds, 15 of which I've really had to work to lose. The other 30 came off pretty easily post partum. I've been stuck at 190 pounds for while and I'm struggling to eat less than maintenance. I'm happy that I am maintaining, but I am frustrated that I keep sabotaging myself. Tonight, I had an easy, healthy, yummy recipe planned (homemade chicken fajitas) but I just didn't want to cook (this is NOT new for me, it's one of my biggest struggles). So we ordered pizza and I ate WAY too much.

So- I guess this post is a confession (because normally I hide in shame and tell no one what I ate) to keep me accountable.

Some things I'm going to try moving forward -

More meal prep (I'm going to need to do some research because I've made some terrible attempts at this, haha). I think if I can meal prep dinners and just make it as easy as tossing it in the oven or whatever, I will stick to it.

Taking it one day at a time. I'm looking way too far forward and getting overwhelmed and giving up.

Asking my husband to commit to NO fast food/pizza for dinner for the next week. It's so hard to say no when your SO wants to eat crap too.

That's all I've got. Any tips or supportive comments welcome =)

Oh! And I'm starting the challenge tomorrow and I am so pumped to have a team and a bit of competition to kick me into gear. I've done it before- I know I can do it.
