What should I do with Edwin Encarnacion and Joey bats?

Looks like I could land about 20K for both of them. Have around 40K right now and really don't know who I want to go after. I need a shortstop, CF and gold/diamond level pitcher. Any suggestions? Also, has anyone paid attention to how much starting pitchers drop if they have a bad matchup rating? Since they only get an IE rating about once a week, I would imagine they drop quite a bit in the event they have a 1 or 2 star.
