Parks Sabers Graflex Kit 2.0 Order Question

I ordered a Graflex Kit 2.0 from the Parks Website about 11 weeks ago, on January 29th, and other than an order confirmation, I haven't heard anything else about the order other than that the payment went through.

I went through the "Contact Us" Button on the website but haven't heard back yet.

Does anyone know when the order should come in or if there is any information about delays?
