[Question] TinyUmbrella to exit recovery Mode?

Is it possible to exit recovery mode with tinyumbrella on the iPhone 5S? I've read this in some forums but can't figure it out if this actually works? My iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo and I'm trying to find a way to restore without losing the data on my phone...
