I need help choosing between University of Michigan and Binghamton!

So I have to make a college decision soon, it's kind of scary. I need advice on choosing between UMich and Bing.

First: I applied undecided in the College of Literature, Sciences, and the Arts for UMich and Harpur College of Arts and Science for Binghamton. Accepted with both. My GPA is 95+, I am in the top 3% of my class, and am dedicated to school. I am considering majoring in Biology or another science and perhaps going to the medical field. I don't know yet. I am dorming because I need to get out of my house for personal reasons. The farther, the better.

So: Binghamton is about 23k a year, which my family can afford and cover for me. Basically, I will end up with little to no debt.

UMich, which I really, really want, is one of the top public universities in the country and compared to Bing, has a better education, campus, and social networking.

But, it's about 57k a year. I got a grant so it's knocked down to 46k. My mom can afford half of it, so that leaves 23k in loans. Their package includes about 10k in loans but that means I would need to take another 13k from elsewhere.

What do you think I should do? Is UMich worth it?
