Will dissolving instant yeast in water as if it's active dry yeast mess up my dough?
I'm following [this recipe here.] (http://www.budgetbytes.com/2015/06/thin-and-crispy-pizza-crust/)
The recipe calls for active dry yeast, but all I have is instant, and it's going to be dissolved along with sugar in some warm water. Is this okay? I understand instant yeast doesn't have to be dissolved in water but can it be? I like to follow recipes as closely as possible since I'm still learning, so I don't want to be told to just add it in dry but add then extra water to the dough etc, just can I dissolve instant yeast in water with sugar?
