Can we talk about the lack of outrage of Hollywood white washing 2 rather big Asian roles?

Throughout all of the #oscarssowhite controversy every related thread was basically Black people should pipe down, it's really Asians who are underrepresented in film. To my understanding though Scarlett Johasson in Ghost in Shell, and Tilda Swinton in Doctor strange were both orginally Asian characters. Now that you don't hear complaints from Black actors lately it seems were back to forgetting about Asians. Secondly, where are the Asian American actors/actresses speaking up for these roles?
