Looking For Dynamic Team (NA Silver-Gold+ Climb)

I know I'm low elo, lololol I suck whatever cool great. Anyway, considering lower elo is full of toxic fucks, or people who are just blatantly terrible at the game, I'd like to get 5-6 people together looking to climb a bit. My goal for the season is gold, this is my first season playing ranked, currently sitting in silver but getting more frustrated with terrible people than I am having fun with the game and thats not good.

I'd like to think I'm decent at the game, I play the meta, pay attention to competitive and keep up with the trends. I practice enough (for gold), I play 3-5 games a day. I'm decent. It's just hard to carry when teammates have no idea how the game is supposed to be played (lower elo). By no means is this a scrub crying about elo hell, I get the system, I get why I'm placed where I am, because I belong there, but I'd like to climb efficiently, and am looking for others to do the same.
