Cannot access most sites. Google wont let me search or go to sites that are online, tells me they arent.

So none of the fixes ive found work. If anyone knows what this is let me know please. Most sites I cannot acess as both my browsers tell me they are either offline or have been moved, which they have not. The few I can get to work but any video links do not and are a grey screen with a white square in the center.

I have already tried a system restore and my computer was working yesterday before the only restore point that is avaliable. There was an update yesterday and today I could not connect to windows 7. I fixed that through the system restore but then this problem started.

Ive already tried the cmd netsh winsock reset amd have tried clearing everything in browser settings but neither works. At the most Ive been able to get back the google homepage but the search function takes me to a grey page with the same "blah blah must have been moved" nonsense.

The most frustrating part is that even trying to use google search tellse google search has been moved.

Edit: Super bizarre. Updated today and now it's (aggravatingly slow as usual) business as usual.
