How long have you been playing Azura: 14/4/2016

Staff Experience: I make very few mistakes if any. I feel that I can do more than every one else. I've been staff on a few big servers. I have a lot of experience handling difficult players / people and I know how to calm the situation down. I always record my evidence for hackers, glitchers. To accompany that I record evidence, I have the full version of Action. I also review my footage just to make sure that the person was hacking and if he wasn't Ill tell the person that reported him that he wasn't and that I'll keep an eye on him. I also respect my peers, and I respect the ranked members above me and follow as they say. I can get on whenever I am needed to to deal with situations. I am very good at handling pressure. I also have a ton of spare time on my hands which means I'll be on a lot. I have realized that there are not many staff on during the day GMT, and because I have a lot of time, I'll be able to get on when needed. I'll be in the ts all the time so I can help people when needed. I can be very dedicated to the forums aswell and post when needed. Players can be difficult but It takes a lot to get me angry. I can always resolve any issues to the best of my ability and quick aswell. I am a very fast paced person and I like to get things done and then move on to something else. I take time to look over all the forum posts to see what's up with the community. I am not biast in anyway and will hear both sides of the story before making my decision.

Why do you want staff: I want to be staff on azura to help out the community and get rid of all the hackers cause I enjoy playing practice servers and yes I notice its the begining of the map and everyone is moderating on hcf. Also I would like to become a staff member because I feel I could improve the server. A lot of times there are no staff members seen online or in the teamspeak. This encourages hackers to jump on the server and make the server rage. I have a lot of experience on other servers and can do my best to make azurapvp a fun environment. I'm attentive to chat, which means I can see reports as well as spammers/advertisers. I'm also decent typer. Combine both of these and this can make a deadly combination for the rule breakers. In my opinion I have decent grammar, spelling, and punctuation. At times I can mess up but we are all human and make mistakes time to time. Catching hackers is a piece of cake. Cheaters make it so obvious to catch them and ban them. I also have a substantial amount of moderating experience.

Why should we pick you: Because I understand how to screenshare as well as the basic stand grounds of screensharing and watching someone to know if they are cheathing.
