Accruing Tickets?

I played a full nine inning game with 6 or 7 of my players falling in to captain requirement. I finished game with 27 tickets accrued. How do they calculate how many tickets someone gets? Maybe the FBs I'm playing that are under 26 age (Altuve is my captain) aren't counting. I thought I read each inning counts as a ticket for each player but that doesn't add up then.
