[Question] What do you usually do before a T-break?

After tonight I'm taking a break from bud until 420, where I will dab, I've been smoking for the past 3 weeks almost every day or at minimum for 2. My tolerance has gone up quite a bit because of this so I'm taking a break. Should I smoke all my remaining bud? What do you do before a T break?
