Dark Souls 3 No Sirris of the Sunless Realms?

So I wanted to know where she was so I googled it and apparently she should be in the FireLink Shrine after I've spoken to Horace and Anri of Astora which I did.

But she's not there?

i haven't joined the Rosaria's Fingers covenant either.

I'm in: (covenants) -Warrior of Sunlight -Way of Blue -Blue Sentinels -Watchdogs of Farron

Is this a glitch or did I screw up?

Thanks
