27F seeking Ukrainian Village roommate for Oct 1

Hi there! Seeking a female roomie for Oct 1 lease. Trying to get a big jump on this because I've got a lead on a great 2 bedroom condo that will be for rent. Rent will be $900/person, on Damen Ave. I have 2 cats, they are adorable, loving, and will be your new best friends! I work far out in the west suburbs so I'm barely home. When I am home, I'm very chill - usually drinking wine, watching Netflix, playing records, or going to the gym.
