Actual words from dad in law

"Hey so would you eat animals if they were brought up in an ethical way? " i said no because i don't believe animals should be used for anything. Then he said "you don't believe animals are put here for humans? Well you have your opinions and i have mine. I like the taste of animal flesh, sorry! " Then later he says "so what's one food you miss?"

Ugh. Idk how to respond. It's infuriating.
