I need advice

Yesterday I couldn't get a hold of my mom. So, my dad and I went to her house. I walked in and found my mom and step dad sleeping in bed. I woke them up to see if they were okay only to find my stepdad drunk. He had a year and half of sobriety. My mom woke up and was slurring but I couldn't tell if she had been drinking she had 3 years. After about an hour and hearing my stepdad yell at my dad i got him back into bed to sleep. My mom seemed buzzed but not drunk so my dad and I left when I thought it was okay too. This morning I woke up and called my mom before school to see how things were and she said she was going to take my step dad to rehab. She texted me later and said they were out of beds so they didn't go. I called my mom after school to see how things were again and I think she was drinking today. I got a hold of a neighbor and she went down to check in. She texted me and said my step dad was drinking but couldn't tell if she was. I now can't get a hold of my mom. I'm worried for them and my dog that lives there and I don't know what to do.
