Fallout 4 Bug Help [Xbox One]

I'm not sure when it started or what caused it, but I'm having a really strange audio bug in FO4. Whenever I draw my any weapon, including my bear unarmed fists, there's a really loud crackling sound that accompanies it, and I've no idea what caused it or how to make it stop.

All of my searching has led to posts about an audio bug caused by charging weapons playing a loop, but that isn't what this problem is, and the solution to that problem is not fixing this one. (charging any/all charge weapons and firing them to stop the loop). I've also tried hard resetting my console, the game, save/load/quit, to no avail.

I've tried reverting to an earlier save, but either that's not solving the problem, or I don't have an old enough save...

Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or found a fix for it? Or is there anyone able to point me in the right direction to find help?
