Need muffler suggestions for my '93 4.0

Looking for something with some rumble to it, but not anything crazy loud, and more importantly no drone.

I just bought this '93 STX and its great, but the previous owner said the stock muffler rotted out and his buddy who worked at an exhaust shop threw on some muffler they had sitting around with dual side pipes on the passenger side. It's a pretty small muffler, not doing much muffling. Most importantly, right around 1800-2100 rpm it has a god-awful drone.

I have a welder and want to just slap in a new muffler that will keep the drone out but still give it a little more rumble than stock. In the future I want to get the pipes properly routed out the back again but for now I'll keep the side pipes.

I was thinking maybe a Flowmaster 50 Series. Anybody else running this with the 4.0? Or any other suggestions?
