What is the quietest quadcopter out there?

I've been interested in building a new micro quad that produces little noise for my backyard. I live in a residential area and I don't want to annoy my neighbors anymore than I already have. I've heard that the Rotor X Atoms's 1102 motors are very quiet with quad blades. Any ideas on a quiet setup? (Brushed or brushless)
