Question

What would you think if a department had a bunch of full-time associates and one or two part-timers and one of the full-timers was consistently being scheduled under 30 hours while all the other full-timers as well as the part-timers were being scheduled 34+? Singling associate out? (Keep in mind, lone associate is a hard-worker, never calls out, stays late, comes in early etc.
