[EVERYTHING] With the new season coming out shortly, can we maybe get a list of the primary differences between the books and the show so far?

It's been about 10 months since I finished the 5th book, and I just watched the 5th season, which means now I'm getting the two confused. I'm mainly looking for stuff like who's dead in which one, who's not, plot points/fun changes that could play a major role in the future, does Jon Snow know anything, etc. Thanks!
