Any way to make LED notification light pulse instead of blink?

What I liked about the S4's notification light was that it slowly pulsed so that the light would almost always be on. This way if the phone's next to you, you could quickly glance and know immediately which notification you had. The S7 blinks which is slightly annoying because if I glance and see no light, I have to wait another couple seconds to make sure it doesn't light up again.

I realize it's not a huge issue, but if there's a fix I'll appreciate it. Thanks
