How much would it cost to have someone or company assemble and paint my miniatures?

I'm terrible at both parts of this and I honestly don't think I have the patience to do it. (just purchased the operation icestorm pack. New to minis and infinity) thanks in advance, estimates are great as well if anyone has an idea.
