Joystick Rudder and Throttle Axes are the same? Need help re-configuring joystick.

Hello all,

I have FSX Steam Edition and a Cyborg F.L.Y. 9 joystick (originally used for Xbox with success). I was able to control roll, pitch, and a little yaw from the joystick. My issue is that the throttle stick does not work. When looking further, I noticed that FSX recognized the throttle and the rudder twist as "Trigger Axis" on both of them.

Is there a way to separate the throttle and rudder twist axes? How can I reprogram the joystick?
