Is it worth it paying this much at UT for Neuroscience degree?

UT Austin offered to pay tuition and fees for 10k a year. I have to take out 15k in loans per year that means. Is it worth it attending the university with this kind of debt. I have no idea what to do. I don't know how the repayment works or anything; it's so complicated on the website. I mean how am I supposed to pay off these loans after completing my bachelors If I am trying to go to medical school afterwards. Parents make around 45k per year. Personal endeavors, experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated.
