Are there any large vanilla community servers with monthly wipe schedules?

So the next monthly wipe when the skill tree is implemented, my clans gonna make the jump from official to community. We've been on New York 1 for about half a year but the hackers the past two patches have just ruined the server. We really prefer monthly wipes especially with the upcoming skill tree and how it operates. I was just wondering if you guys knew of any like that? NA based as well.
