Arp Haruna not in port!

I just received a reward that ARP HARUNA was issued as part of Sisters of Fog.I got a notification of lack of something like low reserve slots because I had full slots. So I sold one of the ships and still can't find it anywhere in the Tech Tree or port. How can I get it?

EDIT: I'm playing on WOWS EU.
