How do I treat MCV quickly and efficiently?

So I am almost certain I got MCV from my previous girlfriend. She has been the only person I have had sex since meeting her a couple of months ago.

I noticed a 2 bumps that I assumed were pimples below my belly button a few months ago. Now, several spread across my groin and 4 bumps on the shaft. I was able to remove one on my groin after showering and using rubbing alcohol to sterilize the area. I purchased a bottle of Zymaderm from Walgreens (rather expensive..$35) and have been using that for two weeks now with no visible difference.

I already have an appointment scheduled with a doctor in a week from now, but I am curious on how I could treat this mild case of MCV at home and effectively. I don't know if I could remove each individual one without passing out from pain.
