r/Triumph, I need your help on this Daytona 675

Long story short, I just sold my 99 Ninja ZX6E. It had carburetor and starter issues and was very finnicky to start. I just want to ride as riding season comes up and so I've started looking for bikes. My dream bike has been the Triumph Daytona 675, and I seem to have found the perfect one. However, I wanted to get r/motorcycles opinion on the mileage/year of this bike as well as whether you think this is a good deal or not! Apparently the only thing the owner has done is replace the stator. Everything else regular maintenance. He's owned the bike since 5k miles. Sooo...should I ask for a test ride?
