Shark Tale 2: The Quest to Win Dota 2.
"Shark Tale 2: The Quest to Win Dota 2" follows after the events of the original "Shark Tale." It has been twelve years since Oscar took control of the Whale Wash, and although his life has been peaceful, he has come to regret his complacency. He has suffered many sleepless nights looking back to the time he was the Shark Slayer, wondering what might have been.
Meanwhile, above the sea, a ship carrying computers hits an iceberg, sinking and falling into Reef City. Curious, Oscar heads out to explore the wreck, of which there were no survivors. He finds the computers, turns them on, and sees a game called "Dota 2" installed on them. Although the mechanics are initially foreign to him, Oscar quickly becomes obsessed with learning the game. Angie is forced to run the Whale Wash in Oscar's absence, with no idea as to where her husband has been going each day. Soon enough, Oscar has the highest MMR in the entire ocean. For the first time in over a decade, Oscar feels like a somebody. His days of being the Shark Slayer are long gone. But maybe, just maybe, he could be the Slark Slayer.
Oscar gets on the next plane to Seattle.
At Valve's headquarters, Oscar petitions the International Dota Committee to become the first ever professional fish Dota team. The committee tells Oscar that they will review his case, but ultimately reject him. It is soon that Oscar realizes their decision was based on discrimination, refusing to integrate Dota to allow fish and human player alike to compete.
"Shark Tale 2: The Quest to Win Dota 2" is the story of a broken man tasked with three battles at once. Can he win the next International? Can he convince the Supreme Court that a fish is entitled to play Dota 2 under the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution? And as the lust for competition consumes him, can his relationship with Angie survive?
