Disruptor Rifle...more like Fukdis Rifle.

But really, am I missing something, or is this power up complete garbage?

Please tell me there is an effective way to use it, cause so far it's left me disappointed. I love me some turrets, prox bombs, thermals, rockets, and card refresh. Everything else is a usually worthless, but sometimes usable. But the D rifle is just so not useful. I don't get it.
