Cintiq 24hd and El Capitan...

so i finally upgraded to el capitan but noticed the pen is super off, theres no longer any wacom section in my settings so calibration doesnt seem possible. do i have to dig up my old installer CD and reinstall it or is there a driver or was it just a plain bad idea to upgrade my OS?

ive had this since 2011, so maybe my pen is just going bad? none of the side buttons work either so im guessing its the whole usb component
