First Build Help!

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I intend to use this build to game and video edit along with Photoshop and Muse work. But mainly gaming.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

I am looking for at least medium to high settings and high fps. (60-70) I would like it to run my games well all in all.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Would like to do about $600-$650 But I will go to $750 MAX

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

I am in New York

I would like to be able to play titles such as Fallout 4, The Witcher 3, Lol, Smite, TF2, and if I can a little COD. These games would not be the only games. I would basically like this to be future proof as I am 16 and pretty low on cash and last until I move out in about 2-2.5 years. Also will be doing school work on this (Video editing to Photoshop, and Muse). With this being first PC build I am really looking for some constructive help and if this build is even any good. Any help would be great, Thank You! PS.I Will not be doing any overclocking and i am very VERY OCD and am going for a red and black color scheme and would like if everything that is colored matched. I know i'm sounding picky but if it does not mach it will bug the crap out of me. -Double Thank You
