Is Jalen Ramsey a better prospect than Maurice Claiborne was?

All of this talk about the Cowboys taking Ramsey at four, and I keep getting these black-and-white PTSD flashbacks of NFL analysts saying the exact same type of stuff about Maurice.

"Potentially, the top defensive player on the draft board"-type of stuff. Somebody who is more knowledgeable about this stuff tell me that it's going to be okay if we take Ramsey. Help me mend my broken heart and learn to love again.
