I Need a Trail Map for Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park!

Im planning on going on a trip to Kawartha at the end of the month. I was hoping to hike in and camp at a back country site. if any one has a trail map or knows where i could find one it would be appreciated. if you can recommend a specific route that would be cool. I will be accompanied by some first timers so nothing to crazy. Thanks!
