If an ENTP were to start a company, which type would be the best co-founder in terms of complementing the ENTP weaknesses?

I am great at coming up with ideas and initiating them but I have a really hard time committing to them in the long run. What type could offer the stick-to-the-plan, finish what you started mentality that I need?
