Paid $60 to read comics for a day.

Made an account with my Facebook. Paid for the $60 subscription. Was able to use it for a day and this was last month or so. Began having the login issues and said screw it and didn't worry about it, hoping it would be fixed soon. Come back today and same thing.

Try logging in with my FB and it says there was an error. Every single time. I went to marvel.com and tried logging in and it says the account is locked. Try to reset the password and it says that the email doesn't exist. I do have an email that will work, but it's for an old, old account, not the one with the paid subscription.

Can I get a refund somehow?

• Edit -- Logging in with FB on marvel.com just refreshes the page...

Update Managed to get it all squared away. The email used was an email that's on my FB account that I haven't used since about 2004. Not sure how that happened, but I had to make my email the primary on my FB and was able to reset the password and login. Enjoying some Punisher again :) Also, still haven't received any correspondence from support :|
