[Rant]The password feature is bugged and has pretty much drained me of my love for this game

Out of around 20 hours playtime I spent half of it just trying to get my buddies and myself to play together with most of the time little to no success. Curious if anyone has found a SUREFIRE way to get this terrible fucking feature working.
