Healing/support is so unrewarding.

No HP healed stat, most teammates don't even notice you, low DPS, etc. Do you even get XP for points healed? The only 'reward' I've noticed is heal assists, where a person you recently healed gets a KO. I feel like I have 0 impact every time I play Miko. Am I playing him/her wrong or?
