Dark Souls III on PC with PS4 controller not working...?

Okay, so the title really says it all. With some more details, it doesn't recognize my controller's buttons whatsoever, only the touchpad works. And I don't get it, it works with every other steam game I have, but Dark Souls III just doesn't want to cooperate with me here. Used InputMapper and DS4Windows for it, but again, only touchpad works... Anyone know why?
