PSA: HTC is no longer providing phone support for Vive - you need to do a Live Chat if you want any kind of support.

I say this beacuse I just spent ages waiting in the phone support queue to be told that there was literally nothing they could do for me over the phone. Don't be like me - head over to the htcvive.com support page and start a live chat if you need help!
