Must be street racing season...

So far this week I've seen a crotch rocket leading 2 Linn Co. cars and a CR car down Blairs Ferry at high speed, and a ricer pull away from a traffic stop with police car following, siren and lights on. CR/Hiawatha/Marion, has street racing been a problem before?
