Anterior placenta

I found out yesterday at my anatomy scan that I have an anterior placenta. I had a feeling that this was the case because although I'm 20 weeks, I'm not feeling the baby move too much and any movement I do feel has felt pretty light.

Anyway, for those who have/have had anterior placentas - when did you really start to feel the baby move? Did you have any trouble tracking movement in the 3rd trimester? Did your SO's have trouble feeling the baby move at all? I know it's pretty common to have this but I'm still a little disappointed.
