For those recently recruited by KPMG, does this email form mean anything? "To stay connect"

Just a quick question since I applied to KPMG recently (no interview yet) and I am waiting for a response. I feel very anxious.

The email had my name and link to the form to "Stay connected to the KPMG Campus Team!"

The top of the form just says "We'd like to stay in contact with you about new and exciting opportunities. Please take a moment to review and update your information."

And asks about my contact information and resume.

Does it mean anything?

EDIT: I just feel confused why they are requesting this information when I literally applied 3 weeks ago, so they should have my information on their database, right?
